Erm... actually... the mag misquoted me (twice) in their usual trashy style.
The real question is not about the absolute cost of the ring.
It's about how he thought the ring was affordable for the purpose of engagement while he thought a VCD player at USD100 was dirt cheap.

But quite honestly, what did you expect from a man? Nothing comes between boys and their toys...
I don't want to come across as anal, but this survey is not so much on sex but geared more towards lifestyle / life choices. A right proper sex survey would be more concerned with frequency, positions, practices and taboos.
Having said that, anal can also be good. Sometimes. :P
